Third-Party Vendors:

  1. PaperMe utilizes the services of third-party vendors to facilitate the shipment of products to customers. Consequently, PaperMe cannot assume full responsibility for any delays in shipments that may occur during the shipping process. However, PaperMe will make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of products.

  2. Delivery Timeframe:

    PaperMe aims to deliver orders within 5-7 business days from the date of order confirmation, or earlier depending on the customer's location. The delivery timeframe may vary due to factors beyond PaperMe's control, such as weather conditions, logistical constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any delays that may affect the estimated delivery time.

  3. Order Confirmation:

    Once an order has been confirmed by the customer and payment has been successfully processed, PaperMe will initiate the shipping process. Order confirmation is typically sent to the customer via email, containing relevant details such as the order number and estimated delivery timeframe.

  4. Shipping Methods and Providers:

    PaperMe reserves the right to determine the most suitable shipping method and provider for each order, considering factors such as the nature of the product, customer location, and cost-effectiveness. The chosen shipping method and provider will be communicated to the customer during the order confirmation process.

  5. Shipment Tracking:

    PaperMe will provide customers with tracking information, where available, to enable them to monitor the progress of their shipments. Customers can use the provided tracking number or link to access real-time updates on the location and status of their orders.

  6. Address Accuracy:

    It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information during the ordering process.If the address provided by the customer is inaccurate it isn't PaperMe's responsibility to get the orders delivered to a new address.However, PaperMe will make any reasonable effort possible to get the order delivered to the correct address.
