Refund policy
At PaperMe, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may need to return a product, and we are here to assist you. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the conditions under which we accept returns and process refunds.
- Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns in the following cases:
a. Wrong Item Shipped: If you have received an item that is different from what you ordered, we will gladly assist you in returning the product.
b. Damaged Item: If the item you received is damaged during transit, we will assist you in returning the product.
- Initiation of Return
To initiate a return, you must contact PaperMe via email within three (3) days of receiving the item. Please send an email to paperme@paperme.in with the subject line "Return Request." In the email, provide the following information:

Order Number: Please include your order number in the email for reference.

Proof of Damage or Wrong Item: Attach clear photographs or other evidence clearly demonstrating that the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Return Process
Once we receive your email with the necessary information, our customer support team will review your request. If your request meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
You will be required to ship the product back to our head office at the following address:

The shipment would be booked by us and we will bear the cost.
- Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned within the specified timeframe mentioned in Section 2.

The product must be in its original condition and packaging, including all labels and tags intact, unless the labels were damaged upon receipt.
If the labels are missing or damaged due to reasons other than those mentioned in Section 1, the refund may not be processed.

- Non-Refundable Situations
Please be aware that PaperMe will not process refunds in the following situations:

Change of mind or preference after the order has been delivered.

Damage caused by improper use, negligence, or mishandling of the product.

Damage caused by natural wear and tear or aging of the product.

Products that have been tampered with, altered, or modified after delivery.
